<h2>Mozzarella-Sticks aus dem Airfryer</h2>
<p>Bisher war unser Airfryer überwiegend im Einsatz für Pommes in allen Variationen. Mit den Mozzarella-Sticks ist ein weiteres Airfryer Rezept in unsere persönliche Sammlung genialer Airfryer Rezepte mit aufgenommen worden. Die Mozzarella-Sticks sind aus leckerem Mozzarella gemacht. Dieser wird in Streifen geschnitten und anschließend paniert. <h2>Öl für den Airfryer sparsam dosieren</h2>
<p>Damit möglichst wenig Öl zum Einsatz kommt, haben wir uns einen Öl-Sprüher gekauft. Der eignet sich perfekt zum Dosieren des Öls, sodass es sparsam auf dem Essen verteilt werden kann. Es gibt natürlich auch viele Alternativen an fertigen Kochsprays. Allerdings möchte ich ungern auf unser gutes Olivenöl aus Italien verzichten und bin daher total begeistert von der Ölsprüher-Flasche.<br />
