Hallo Moritz, Das ist denke ich immer Geschmackssache. Die Konsistenz dürfte sich nicht verändern. Vielleicht probierst du etwas vom rohen Teig, um zu sehen, ob es dir süß genug ohne zusätzliche Süße ist. 🙂
