<p><strong>Mein Tipp:</strong> Den Kuchen unbedingt am Tag zuvor backen, dann kann er schön durchziehen und ist richtig schön saftig am zweiten Tag.</p>
<h2>Streusel für den Rhabarber Blechkuchen</h2>
<p>Die Streusel machen den Blechkuchen mit Rhabarber zu einem absoluten Geschmackserlebnis. Durch die Streusel kommt noch eine knusprige Komponente ins Spiel, die den saftigen Belag aus Rhabarber und Birne perfekt ergänzt. Das Rezept für die Streusel ist ganz einfach und kann auch individuell abgewandelt werden. Die Basis für die Streusel bilden Butter, Zucker und Mehl. Einen Teil des Mehls kannst du auch durch gemahlene oder fein gehackte Nüsse ergänzen. Das verleiht den Streuseln einen nussigen Geschmack und noch mehr Textur. Mit Gewürzen kann das Rezept für die Streusel noch verfeinert werden. Ein Klassiker wie Zimt passt eigentlich immer gut. Aber auch Vanille oder Tonkabohne können eine tolle Ergänzung sein.</p>
<p>Das Streusel-Rezept kannst du für jeden Blechkuchen verwenden. Auf dem Blog habe ich ein feines Rezept für einen <a href="https://ninastrada.com/zwetschgendatschi-mit-muerbteig/">Zwetschgendatschi mit Mürbteig</a>. Mit Streusel schmeckt der Zwetschgendatschi besonders gut.</p>

Die Birnen schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Die beiden Eier in die Schüssel aufschlagen und dann mit dem Knethaken des Handrührgeräts rühren, bis ein ebenmäßiger Teig entsteht. Den Teig nun ganz dünn über das ganze Blech verteilen. Dazu weiche Butter mit den restlichen Zutaten vermischen und zu einem Teig kneten.
