										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mein veganer Zitronenkuchen vom Blech begleitet mich schon seit über einem Jahr. Egal ob Sommerfest im Kindergarten, Ausstand im alten Job, als einfacher Geburtstagskuchen oder einfach so, wenn die Lust auf Kuchen sich anbahnt. Das Zitronenkuchen Rezept hat bisher immer für Begeisterung gesorgt. Und nachdem ich so oft nach dem Rezept für diesen Blechkuchen gefragt werde, wurde es höchste Zeit, es hier auf meinem Blog zu verewigen. Gerade jetzt bei den heißen Temperaturen liebe ich einen fruchtigen Sommerkuchen, wie diesen. Tatsächlich mache ich den Zitronenkuchen super oft, weil er so einfach und unkompliziert geht. Ein guter, einfacher Blechkuchen benötigt eben nur wenige Zutaten und ist im Handumdrehen fertig. Ihr benötigt noch nicht einmal eine Küchenmaschine – ein Schneebesen reicht. Somit auch weniger zum Abspülen. (Vielleicht ist das der wahre Grund, warum ich ihn so oft backe.)</p>

<h2>Zitronenkuchen vom Blech für jeden Anlass</h2>
<p>Der vegane Zitronenkuchen ist nicht nur super saftig und aromatisch, sondern auch unglaublich vielseitig. Ihr könnt ihn nach Belieben dekorieren oder einfach pur genießen. Für Kids dekoriere ich den Kuchen gerne mit bunten Streuseln. Zum Geburtstag kommen Kerzen drauf und im Sommer finde ich frische Minze und frische Zitronen perfekt, um den Zitronenblechkuchen als Sommerkuchen in Szene zu setzen. Aber auch „pur“ mit einer dünnen Schicht Zitronenzuckerguss überzeugen die fluffigen Zitronenschnitten.</p>

<h2>Veganer Kuchen – so easy!</h2>
<p>Ein veganer Blechkuchen (wie dieser saftige Zitronenkuchen) zeigt, dass man auf tierische Produkte verzichten kann, ohne dabei auf Geschmack und Konsistenz zu verzichten. Der Zitronenkuchen Blech ist ein perfektes Beispiel dafür, wie einfach und lecker vegan backen sein kann. Die Zutaten hat man meist schon zu Hause, und die Zubereitung ist kinderleicht. Einfach alle Zutaten für den Zitronen Blechkuchen zusammenrühren, auf das Blech geben und ab in den Ofen. In kürzester Zeit habt ihr einen herrlich duftenden Kuchen, der garantiert bei Groß und Klein gut ankommt.</p>

<p>In einer Metalldose sind die Plätzchen einige Wochen an einem kühlen Ort haltbar. Den Boden der Dose mit etwas Zucker einstreuen und dann die veganen Plätzchen darin schichten. Die Vanillekipferl Sterne ergeben auch ein tolles selbstgemachtes Geschenk oder Mitbringsel während dem Advent. Am besten die Plätzchen in einem Glas schön anrichten und dekorieren. Dort sind sie geschützt und zerbrechen nicht so schnell, wie in einer Geschenktüte.</p>
